Excellent customer service

Just started using it, but leaving 5 stars for excellent customer service. Initially none of the adapters fit, so Tim made sure to quickly send me alternatives. One of them fit and now the faucet works perfectly.

Best purchase of the year!

This filter is amazing! The self installation was easy and quick. We decided to order more after we installed in our master bathroom. As we prepare to welcome our baby soon, installing this filter gives us a peace of mind that the water we use for our baby is clean.

I'm having trouble removing my sink's aerator.

Most standard sink aerators are easily twistable by hand.

 

You can use our provided wrench or a plier to twist off the aerator.

 

If you’re still having difficulties, kindly send us a picture of your faucet and the aerator and we will gladly send you additional tools, free of charge :)
